I have sent this off to Canvas help. Hopefully, they can be helpful and this gets resolved. If most people are having the same issue, surely this should be a priority.
I'm finding that analytics is a few days behind. So if a student posts today, you may not see it for a couple of days. I have sent it as an issue through our Canvas site. Hopefully, it gets resolved.
