New Quizzes - Reports - 0 Points

I want to be able to generate an excel document from my quiz completions in new quizzes. Each question in the quiz is assigned "0 points" as it's more formative and I'd rather not students feel the pressure of receiving grades. When I go to my "Reports" section > "Quiz and Item Analysis", nothing has been recorded (7 students have completed thus far) and there is no excel file to download. Moderating per person is far too time consuming, hence why the excel option is what I need.

Any ideas? Do I NEED to have points per question to generate this report? Am I simply looking n the wrong place?

Hi  @lauren_griffith ,

You might be right, I just tried this and got the same results and you can't edit the questions and add points after students have taken the quiz because that will create copies of those questions.

Not sure how you can get data in now but I would suggest creating the quiz with at least one point per question and change the Grade Posting Policy for that quiz to Manually.  This will hide the grades from students.

Not sure if anyone else might have another idea for you?
