In using the Learning Mastery Gradebook, I have some outcomes with "ghost" second alignments that I did not enter. How do I get rid of them?
In the photos below, one outcome has not yet been assessed but the upcoming assessment is shown twice. Another outcome - that has been assessed - shows one score with a decimal and I never use decimals. I have no idea where this one came from nor how to get rid of it.
