I am sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here for a while without a response. I am hopeful that, by now, you've been able to log in to your course(s) within Canvas. Generally speaking, it's a good idea to reach out to someone at your school such as a local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department ... or your instructor ... as they would be the ones who could assist you in getting logged in correctly. We here in the Canvas Community do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s) in question, so it would be hard to troubleshoot this on our end. Something else you can try is to clear your web browser's cache/history, close the browser, and then re-start to try and log in again. These Guides may help:
