The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December. Read our blog post for more info about this change.
Would Page Views generated by Canvas Data determine if a collaboration was Etherpad or Google doc? Would there be anything in the URL returned in page views that would indicate which type of collaboration was accessed? My guess is that it wouldn't and it would look something like this: https://school.instructure.com/acouses/1928/collaborations/526. I would test this myself, but since Etherpad is no longer available I'm not able to test it. Deactivated user you may be able to give me a quick "yes" or "no"?

lkushma I've posted a similar question at How to find which Collaboration tool was used (specifically EtherPad)?
As far as I can tell, we are not able to distinguish Etherpad from other collaborations.
