I've tried to create a parent observer acct. However your system will not allow me. I've tried to talk to the school about it the school says there is nothing they can do and thanks for bringing it to their attention. But still I have no parent observer acct. I've tried multiple days to create an acct. since my kids school opened. I get the error message below every time.
Invalid paring code. That is also me copying the same code literally coping the code and pasting it. What can I do to get this issue fixed. eschauerte1983@gmail.com
