Problem creating quiz in Quizzes.next

Does anyone have problems creating quizzes in Quizzes.next? When I try to save a quiz it takes me to a page with the graphic of a robot and the text 40 3- Forbidden. I have the designer role. Some of my colleagues with the same role have the same issue, others don't. I have contacted Canvas tech support, and they are working on it (it was escalated to the next tier of support, and I am waiting to hear back). Has anybody experienced the same issue?

Hi  @annica_schjott .  I thought I would check back and see if you figured out what was causing the error you experienced.  Hopefully you heard back from Support and if so please let us know what happened in case something similar happens at my institution!  I wondered if it may be something to do with browser settings but I'm sure that Support will track down the culprit.

Hi! Just to close up this thread, this behavior occurred because of an issue that existed with LTI tools (Quizzes Next) and currently unsupported user roles in Canvas. Designer roles should have been corrected as part of that fix soon after this question was posted.

It doesn't look like this was solved as people having Designer role are still getting the robot error when clicking the [ Build ] button on a Quizzes.Next assignment. I switched them to TA role and the problem went away. In Manage Permissions, both roles are set to fully manage Assignments and Quizzes.
