How can I allow a single student to retake a quiz?

I am using New Quizzes so some things may be diffrerent for me to reset. I did what I could but this solution isn't the same as my solution. This didn't help me, and I want Canvas administrators to know that.

You can add additional attempts for individual students through the Moderate this Quiz page. These Guides should be useful:

I don't have the moderate quiz option... but I am an instructor... any other help tips?
