Quiz score not showing, not calculating

Students took a quiz and Canvas calculated the grades. For only two students the icon for 'item not graded' appears and no score (all other scores appear and calculate correctly). When I click on the icon, the grade appears but it is not being calculated as part of the final grade. In speedgrader the score also appears. Any help would be appreciated.

 @jordand , I'm sorry to see that your question has so far not received any responses—but that might be because this type of situation is very difficult to troubleshoot at a distance. If you haven't been able to resolve it, would you contact Canvas Support to have a support agent look directly at the environment? And if you have resolved it, do you have a moment to share the solution?

Thank you for getting back to me. After some additional research online I figured out the issue. I’m all set.

What I had not done was separately select the student (who took the exam separately from the others) to see her score.

Appreciate the follow up.
