User Permissions - what is the difference between "Edit grades" and "Moderate Grades"?

I am reviewing the permissions for the TA role we created at the account level and I'm wondering - what is the difference between "Edit grades" and "Moderate Grades" and is this information available in the Canvas guides, please?

(I reviewed the Admin guides and did not come across any definitions for permissions.)

irishb‌, this is the lesson that will provide guidance: What user roles and permissions are available in Canvas?  The lesson contains links to PDFs for definitions of course- and account-level roles. Page 13 of the course role PDF explains the Moderate permission; page 6 of that PDF explains the Edit Grades permission.
