Removing a Student from People List

I have a student in my list "People" who is not enrolled in the course. He has asked to be removed. How do I remove him?

Many schools restrict instructor permission to add/remove users in a course.

If you do not have permission, then you well need to contact your school's Canvas Admin/Support Department for help.
