Resetting Password

Hello,

I have tired resetting my password four times and I have not recieved an email after two hours. I need to start doing work for my class. How can i request a new password?

There are Canvas Guides you can look at regarding passwords, but keep in mind that your school may use a different login method to sign in/authenticate into Canvas...possibly using single-sign on.  If this is the case, then the process to recover or reset your password will depend on what your school has set up rather than the instructions given in these Guides.  (Information in the blue boxes at the top of these Guides will give you some additional information.)
