SCORM problems

Hello,

I am trying to help out a colleague. She has been using SCORM to upload her zip files. Everything was working fine until last few days. When she uploads a zip file in SCORM, she gets a message as an invalid file. 

I also tried to upload my Captivate zip files to SCORM and I got the same error message. 

I will appreciate your help with this issue.

Hi  @rwadadek ,

I wanted to check in on if you were still facing this as an issue? I downloaded an example (known working) SCORM package and loaded it up into our production environment without issue. I am wondering if this may have therefore been a temporary issue and is now working again?

Alternatively, do you have an example file you are able to provide that we can have a look at?

I have had a look and found the same behaviour with that package. I am wondering if you have an example package that is <100mb that you know fails. I have seen that Scorm Cloud has a SCORM tester https://scorm.com/scorm-solved/scorm-cloud-features/content-just-works/testing-content-with-scorm-cl...  and that might lead us to find what the particular cause is, or what is different with the packages that are, or are not working.

However, their maximum upload for a free account is 100MB. Would be very curious if you could possibly strip it down ever so slightly and see what a test on the Scorm Cloud package tester results. If there is something that breaks the standard, it should be able to reveal that for you.
