Students uploading videos for all to see

I'm trying to figure out a way for my students to upload videos that they have created for the entire

section to be able to view, as well as to provide feedback.  I know that feedback can be provided

in the Discussion boards.  Is there a way for students to upload their videos to that same discussion

board for ALL in the course to view?

Yes, they can and Discussions would be the best option for your students to share videos.  The Rich Content Editor in Discussions should allow this:

Hi Robbie --

So I'm very low tech! I teach PE courses, so I'm used to

"hands on". This is very new for me!

If I have opened a Discussion Board, it sounds like the

students will have the option of uploading media there.

Is this correct? Will the other students be able to view the

various uploads from each other?

"Yes" to both of your questions.  If you choose to use a Discussion topic (as  @Robbie_Grant  suggested), student can upload videos as discussion replies, and other students in the course will be able to view the videos.
