Is it possible to disable a To Do List? Ex: A Canvas shell exists which I do not want Events/Appointment Groups to display as "To Do List" items for students.

This question has been discussed for a while. I don't think there is a front-end solution, I am looking for the definite answer as well. You may have your IT to customize the user interface at your institutional level.
