Transfer card for student

Afternoon can any one assist me. I need to obtain a transfer Card for my son to Terminate his  schooling with Teneo. As i am enrolling him back into public school

You have asked you question in a global community of Canvas users much like yourself; and as such, we only have access to our own courses and accounts, and contacts withing our own schools. You will need to contact your Son's school directly.

I found  Teneo's website, and if you scroll to the bottom of that page, you will see contact information.
