Uploading publisher test banks into Canvas question banks

I am able to upload the test bank into the course and it is showing me that it was completed. However, I do not see any test banks when I go to the Course Question Banks page. How do I take that publisher content that I uploaded into the course, and get it to appear as a question bank? I would like to pull random questions from each bank and create a quiz. I appreciate any help/suggestions.

To see your imported question banks, go to the 'Quizzes' menu and click on the cogwheel in upper right - 'Manage Question Banks". After your create the quiz, click on the 'Questions' tab->Find Questions.
