Where do I start an ePortfolio?

I can't seem to find where to start an ePortfolio.

Great advice from Robbie,  @cdozier20000 ‌! Please note that both lessons state:

If you cannot view the ePortfolio link in your User Account, your institution has disabled this feature.

...so if you don't find that link, this is most likely the reason.
