Why do I not have a submission button on my canvas?

I'm trying to submit an assignment but I can't because there is no submission button at all from where it is suppose to be

Hello Valeria,

When an assignment does not show any submission button in Canvas, it is usually because the instructor has set the assignment type to be "No submission".  You will want to contact your instructor about this, since it may not be the setting the instructor intended to use.

I'm having the same problem.  I contacted my instructor and she can see it on her screen, also canvas is doing something similar with another class.  It looks like an issue with canvas. How do I contact support because that's what my instructor said to do.

Hello, ben Welcome to the Canvas Community! It's possible that both you and  @vrodriguez37 ‌ are experiencing an issue with an incompatible/unsupported browser. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try, followed by instructions for contacting Canvas Support: 

• Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
• Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support?  (Note that Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser, and if you're using IE11, you should have been automatically redirected to a page providing additional instructions—but if you were not, this might be the culprit.)
• Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS. If Chrome is giving you issues, switch to the latest version of Firefox.

If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
