Why the answer of my e learning assignment I have submitted will disappear when I open it again?

I am a student in the class of NCL 8-week Online PSE 210.

I have a problem about my e learning task of Tuesday's Reading&Writing task.

My problem is that I make sure that I had finished all the questions in this activity before I submitted the task yesterday.But when I clicked open the page again today, it showed that I had not answered the questions, and the page had been submitted, so I could not amend or change anything on the page now.(Just like the pictures in the attachment.)

So I want to ask help for you.Is there something wrong with the website?Please let me know how to tackle this problem, and avoid the same situation next time.
