The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

Since the TLS updates yesterday, we have been having intermittent issues with linking to Zoom meetings from within Canvas (using an SSO). It requests authorization, but appears to time out before displaying meetings. Sometimes it will request a login to the SSO, but other times no.
Has anyone else experienced this issue beginning yesterday? If so have you been able to figure out how to resolve the issue? Our guess is that it is connected to TLS updates with LTI Pro for Zoom, but can't figure out what adjustments need to be made.
