attendance

I have sent in three different work tickets for help with a couple of issues on of them is that one Of my classes when I go the attendance there is a Panda riding a unicycle but none of my students are there or is the places to mark them present or absent. Can someone help with this?

Unfortunately this is a community support forum and we don't have access to your specific instance.  I do know this is a setting that differs from institution to institution.  It does seem like your attendance is not loading properly.  Do you know if your support tickets go to your Technology department or directly to Canvas?  If they go directly to Canvas then I would suggest reaching out directly to your Technology department?  

Not sure if anyone else would have a different suggestion to you.

Trying to resolve the panda bear unicycle issue in Roll Call?  If the teacher is seeing this, it's because they've somehow also been added to the same course as a student.  Go to people and change their roll back to teacher to correct the issue.
