Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help with an issue a few of our students are having. They are able to log on to Canvas Enterprise successfully but when they click on certain courses (not all of them) they get a screen saying "access denied." This is only about 5 out of hundreds of students so I know it isn't an issue with how the teacher setup the course. I double checked, the courses are published. But I am looking for suggestions on how to help them. Any ideas? Currently they can't access any course content so it is urgent.

Yes, I was able to masquerade and I saw the same screen.
Good news! I think we solved it. I called tech support and they said we needed to clear the cache.
@kathrynmgomes , have you tried masquerading as the student to see if you are getting this same error message? So can it be replicated? If so, double-check People to see if the students were added to the correct section, etc. If all of that looks good, then I would contact Canvas Support ASAP. They should be able to help you figure out this problem.
