Don't expect this problem to be resolved since none of my other canvas problems have but never hurts to ask. I have been trying to create quizzes in the assignments tab and it states, " Invalid Launch" it also states "Invalid Launch" when I try to open already created quizzes or speed grader to grade students quizzes. I am assuming this is an Instructure issue and not a local district issue. Anyone else have this issue? Can anyone fix this issue?

Yes,
Last night when I created the quizzes, I was able to successfully create and duplicate them. This afternoon, when I went into student view, I am getting "invalid launch" message. It also shows up for me as the instructor as well. Hopefully it's just being buggy today and will be fixed tomorrow.
I am having the same problem. I was grading quizzes last night. Tried to go back in this morning to finish and I cannot get to the quiz or the results. I have tried going through speed grader and into the assignment.
I am just glad I am finally not the only person in the Instructure system that is having the issue. All the past issues I have seemed to be the only person on the planet having them and none of them have been fixed. I am so frustrated with Canvas not working right this school year I am highly considering never using it again, except that my district has added using Canvas to our teaching contracts. It makes it hard to use though when it is not functional. I hope it is just some kind of update with quizzes next but I have no access to my item banks either to create new quizzes because I get the same "Invalid Launch". UGH!! just frustrated... I can create external tool assignments just can't use the quizzes next.
I'm having same issue when trying to create a Quiz in the "new" type.

Hi
When my students have contacted me, I've simply asked them to log out, restart their Chromebooks, and log back into the course. All works after they log out, restart, and log back in.
I hope this helps for your students, too.
Having the same issue, its a nightmare as the Due Date for our Quizz Assignment is this WE.
Hi everyone,
New Quizzes LTI has been down for several hours. The engineers are aware and trying to fix things.

Wish them luck and speed.
Canvas quizzes seem to be back online.
I am getting student emails letting me know they cannot access quizzes due to the invalid launch issue. the latest email I received was at 6:45 pm central time, so I'm not sure if the issue is remedied or not at this point.
A great place to check for these is in Instructure Status (note the entries for September 14, 2019).
I am getting this issue as well. I assumed it was related to New Quizzes, but I am not sure if your issue is in Classic or New Quizzes. I checked popup blockers and allowed the canvas site as a trusted site. I am on a Mac on Big Sur 11.6 on Chrome Version 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) (x86_64). It only happens on new quizzes pages and if I keep refreshing the site it will eventually allow me to access. It seems like some kind of weird blocking or refresh issue.
