This is pretty easy to do using the Course Import Tool ... but you will be selecting specific content rather that importing an entire course. Using the Guide link that I'll provide, be sure that you are logged in to your new course (not your sandbox course)...as you will be selecting your sandbox course to copy the content from as you walk through these directions.
