warning for teachers about number of conferences are running

My teachers use bigbluebutton for conferences (limit version). It's just 10 conferences in the same time.

How to warning for the teachers know about number of references are running. They'll switch to zoom or microsoft meetings?

Are you concerned that your teachers are unaware that they have 10 conferences on at the same time?

Perhaps you could Inbox them and let them know of your concerns? How do I send a message to a user in a course in the Inbox as a student?

maybe you don't understand my mean,

in the same time, my school having 10 courses (10 teachers of courses) using conference video call (with bigbluebutton). But it's limit 10 conference (video call) for them students. 

If have more a teacher of other course want to be use conference (video call) ==> it can not run. Canvas tell us contact with bigbluebutton to upgrade from limit version to premium version.

I just want to show a warning for the teachers that: present, having 10 teachers are using conference with bigbluebutton. Please use other app such as zoom or meetings google.

Oh I see.

In that case my suggestion still stands, perhaps gently inform your instructors and give some suggestions. They will appreciate your support I'm sure as they are trying to juggle an awful lot at the moment.

Hi  @vinhnq .  I would agree with  @Bobby2  that there probably isn't a way to have Canvas notify someone when they are setting up conference that all of the sessions are being used at a particular time (or at least if there is I haven't found it). However, perhaps you could create a Google calendar or Google Doc that all of the teacher had access to and the days/times listed.  When someone plans or starts a conference with BBB they could indicate on that shared calendar/document that they are using BBB and for how long.  This way, if someone would like to start a conference as well they can check to see if 10 individuals are already using the tool and if so try something else.
