where is the submission pledge?

I am trying to submit my assignment and I keep getting a pop up that is telling me to agree to a submission pledge.  

Where do i find this submission pledge?

A "submission pledge" popup is not part of Canvas, and might be something your school or course has implemented—so the members of this global forum aren't in a position to answer your question. Please contact the instructor of the course directly to get more information about how to proceed.
