In this Canvas Badges/Credentials release (3 July), the issuing organization can be changed to a LinkedIn company URL and custom badge property items can be rearranged by dragging and dropping items into the desired placement. Additionally, multiple areas have screen reader updates.

Summary
An admin or badge issuer can change the issuing organization to a LinkedIn company URL.
Change Benefit
This update allows organizations and issuers to provide more accurate and trustworthy information to badge recipients or viewers.
Feature Workflow
In the Content Settings, admins edit the Issuing Organization ID on LinkedIn [1], validate and access their company’s LinkedIn page [2], and access a Canvas Community Guide [3]. Additionally, admins can allow issuers to modify the LinkedIn Organization ID [4].
An information icon is available that displays additional information about the Issuing Organization ID on the LinkedIn field.
When the Allow Changing the Default Issuing Organization option is enabled at the Organization level, the Issuing an Organization ID on LinkedIn field is available when editing an issuer.
Note: When the issuing organization is set at the Organization level, this overrides the default Canvas Credentials setting.
Users can share earned badges to their LinkedIn profile using the LinkedIn Add to profile button.
When LinkedIn is set as the issuing organization, the LinkedIn Add to profile button automatically enters the Issuing organization field.
