Summary

At the Organization level, Issuer level and Badge level the Analytics page is updated with checkboxes to include revoked and expired badges in the calculation and the filter drop-down menu is moved. Also, the How are Badges Being Awarded and Shared analytics display in a bar graph. Additionally in the Subscription page, the label text is updated to include the word active in the Issuer usage breakdown.

This update provides consistency, clarity and improves utilization of the analytic views.

Feature Workflow

Organization Analytics Page

In Organization Analytics, checkboxes are available to include revoked and expired badge awards in the calculations [1], the filter drop-down menu is moved [2], and the How are Badges Being Awarded and Shared analytics display in a bar graph.

Note: By default, only active badges are displayed and the include revoked and expired badges checkboxes are unchecked.

Organization Subscription Details Page

In the Organization Subscription Details page.In the Issuer Usage Breakdown, text is updated to include the word active 

Issuer Analytics Page

In Issuer Analytics, checkboxes are available to include revoked and expired badge awards in the calculations [1] and the filter drop-down menu is moved [2].
