Summary
In the Data Management tab, issuers can directly export issuer data, badge class details, and badge award history from within the product.
Change Benefit
This feature provides greater user autonomy for reporting, record-keeping, and planning changes to credentialing processes. Additionally, users no longer need to contact support to access historical data. Exports can be generated with just a few clicks, making it easier to report on badge activity, audit issuance history, or integrate data into new systems.
Feature Workflow
In the Data Management tab on the issuer's page, users can select Include Badge Classes [1], Include Assertions (only available if Badge Classes are selected) [2], Include Recipient Groups [3], Include Pathways [4] and Compress Output (ZIP file) [5] which items to include when exporting issuer data. Then click the Export Issuer button [6].
Note: The exported file uses the JSON format.
In the Data Management tab of a selected badge class, users can choose to Include Assertions [1] and Compress Output [2]. Then, click the Export Badge button [3]

In the Data Management tab of the Organization Dashboard, organization admins can export all badge awards issued within a specified date range. Use the Awarded After [1] and Awarded Before [2] fields to define the desired timeframe for the export. Then click the Download CSV button [3].

Summary
Users can no longer create new free issuers, supporting the shift toward organization-verified credentials. To support this transition, several navigation improvements help users stay oriented in the right space:
- The Create Issuer workflow directs users to an external page that explains the benefits of upgrading to a paid plan.
- Free issuers are clearly labeled and visually separated from organizational issuers.
- Users affiliated with an organization are directed to their Organizational Dashboard upon login instead of the personal/free issuer space.
Note: Existing free issuers continue to function without changes. These updates prevent new free issuer creation.
Change Benefit
This update prevents accidental creation of unsupported issuer types and eliminates confusion between personal and organizational badge areas. Upon login, users are directed to their primary organization, reducing clicks and streamlining verified credential management.
