User studio no record button

Some of my users are reproting that they have no record button on studio, once they have selected "Webcam".

I went onto teamviewer and had a look, there really were no buttons under the the video block.

If I act as the user, it is all fine on my side.

I think it is a browser issue. Does anyone have any idea's how I can fix this?

We had this exact same problem last week. I discovered sometimes if someone has their browser minimized and not put to full view it cuts off the buttons at the bottom. I would have them make sure it is set to the full screen size or set to 100% zoom to see if that fixes it.
