Accidentally deleted email and need to link back badges

I registered with my company email, but now I am no longer work in that company, I added my personal email, and deleted the company email. So the badge is delinked, and I have no access with the company email so I can't add back the badge. Please help thanks. I have prove that the badge was done by me.
