Archiving past Bulk Enrollments

We use the Bulk Enrollments option frequently. However, we are finding this is creating a large number of bulk enrollments under Purchases & Enrollments > Bulk Enrollments and it is difficult to navigate. The filter available for each column is helpful but still requires a great deal of searching using things like Ctrl +F. A couple of questions,

• Is it possible to archive completed Bulk Enrollment purchases so they do not appear with active/open Bulk Enrollment purchases?
• If not, are there any plans to add an archiving option?
• Are there any plans to add search and filtering options like those available within listings?

Hi there! This is Jennifer White from the University of Maryland, and we have had similar questions about an archive feature as well, and we are looking into enabling bulk enrollment, so I'm sure this will become a more pressing need for us as it is for you. Instructure has development for an archive feature on their to-do list, but will likely not get to that until later this Spring.

I also wanted to let you know about the Catalog Users' Group that we at UMD host. It is comprised of folks from (mostly) higher ed to discuss these sorts of things, and representatives from Instructure are usually in attendance to hear our feedback/requests and offer us updates on development. The group now meets monthly, and our next meeting is coming up on Friday, 07 February 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET).
