Completion did not appear in the analytics?
I found out today that a few of our students completed a course in Catalog and received a certificate of completion but their completion did not appear in the analytics report. I submit a ticket to Canvas on this but I just wanted to see if this happened to anyone else. This vshare is the third time this has happened since January. https://omegle.onl/

@TomBlundell I have not heard of any issues regarding this since Canvas support refreshed our analytics. I would suggest having them do that and see if it fixes the issue. The workaround would be to download the certificate from the completion analytics and email it to the student.
