Changing the message 'external tools content can't be previewed'

Would it be possible to alter this message slightly? It makes it look like the content will not work at all. Whereas as long as we still have the contract etc. it will work when imported into a course, especially with new quizzes.
Could something be added along the lines of. 'To view the content you will need to import this to a Canvas course'
