What can be stored in Canvas Commons?

Our team is researching content management systems that would support the storage and sharing of different types of media content (SCORM, graphics, video, quizzes, rubrics, etc). We are also, trying to determine if Canvas Commons would integrate with our open source version of Canvas. Thank you for any and all your responses.
