In this Commons release (TBD), Commons users can report resources that are spam, infringing copyrights, or inappropriate or harmful.

Commons users can report resources that are spam, infringing copyrights, or inappropriate or harmful. This update improves the quality of Commons resources.
Click the Report content button to report suspicious content.
Select whether the resource is spam, infringing copyrights, or inappropriate or harmful.
Additionally, admins can filter stats by which resources are the most reported and take action accordingly.
