Hello all, I am a developer of a tool provider. We have created a LTI key and used that key to create a APP. One of the placements of that key is 'Editor button'.
With above settings we thought the APP should be accessible from the Rich Content Editor. However, it's not. There is a button in the editor and clicking this button will show us a list of available Apps. But none of them is the new LTI 1.3 App.
Has anybody had similar issue ? Or is there configuration we must do to support this ?
Any comment is appreciated! Thank you.

Looks like we have got it available in the RCE - We updated the `Editor Button` settings and then recreated the APP.

@chedalex I'm glad you've got it working, the thing that's caught me out before is both the `icon_url` and `text` fields are required for the editor button placement, but there's no indication in the Developer Keys UI this is the case (and the configuration will happily save without you setting these).
The documentation does mention this: https://canvas.instructure.com/doc/api/file.editor_button_placement.html although it's not very obvious there either.
Hope this helps someone in the future who struggles with this.
