How do I create a report with survey results?

I have created a short survey in in classic quizzes. Is there a way to for a Canvas admin at my school to extract survey results from multiples classes similar to an Outcomes Report?

That's an excellent suggestion, @schitwood, but unfortunately not something that currently is available within Canvas. When I've had to do something similar I use a Google Form instead of a Canvas Survey as I can put the same form in all my classes and collect all of the responses in a single Google Sheet. 

There are two additional options, however. One is to use API to collect those results, which would save you from having to open each survey in its own browser tab/window to access the downloadable results. I'm going to move your question into the Developers Group area of the Community, where our colleagues with that skill are more likely to see it.

The other option is to create an idea to add this option to Canvas. The idea process is described on the page How do Ideas and Themes work in the Instructure Community? 

I suggest something like "Shared Survey Across Multiple Courses."
