This isn't about APIs or anything of the sort, but lack of a feature that I hope someday Instructure will address...the lack of a sub-account outcomes/mastery dashboard. In the meanwhile I'm hoping I can learn how to take the outcomes report CSV file and build something around it to mimic what happens when an instructor activates the Learning Mastery Grade book and hovers their mouse over the column header for an outcome as show in this screenshot:
Does anyone here have a handle on the formula used to generate the pie chart within the learning mastery grade book? If so, I think I can inform my users how they can leverage Excel or Google Sheets to help them make informed decisions as a department or higher rather than just at the course level.
