Ability to not allow 2nd email addresses

I know there is some unsupported CSS that allows this, but I don't like the idea of having to trust something that might break with the next update. We need the ability to stop students from putting in a 2nd email address for inbox messages to go to. Messages sent by faculty may contain FERPA protected information and we don't want that going to someone's unprotected personal email account...even if it is the student choosing to have it sent there.
