[Account Settings] Add a setting on Canvas (LMS) for admins to be able to change UI Default Font

Problem statement:

At the moment, Canvas admins could not change the UI default font without upload a custom CSS/JavaScript via Theme editor to override the default one.

Proposed solution:

Add a function/feature in settings where Canvas admin can go to select the fonts that school needs for specific cohorts of students
