[Scheduler] Add BBB option for Appointment Group
In calendar events there is an option to add bigbluebutton for an individual event, but this isn't available for the appointment group scheduler. Appointment group scheduler is used for staff to offer bookable slots for their cohort. Currently the appointment group schedule seems to only facilitate in-person learning as there's no option to include a BBB conference call. It seems like it should exist.
A teacher should be able to create a series of tutorials with individual BBB calls for each one. WHY: Currently we are seeing teachers use Teams for this which takes the student out of the Canvas environment. Once they are using Team then there is the risk of core content being shared in this platform rather than Canvas. As canvas supports online learning, there should be an option to have the tutorials conducted online. The current provision seems more inline with in-person teaching.
