As an admin, im usually working/viewing on a few courses at a time. Sometimes my focus shifts. It would be useful for my workflow to be able to mark a course in a way so it appears on my dashboard without having to have a course role in it. This would make it quicker to navigate to these courses for the duration of my work and I can remove them once it's done. That way I wont have to go to /accounts/1 and search for the course every time, and I wont have to add myself as a teacher which isn't an appropriate role for me to have in some shells.
Create a way for admins to 'star' any course in an account that they are an admin of
