Allow multiple authors for Commons content
Currently, only the person who posted content to Commons can update that content in Commons. This is stated in the documentation (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Commons/How-do-I-update-a-resource-I-previously-shared-to-...): "Only the user who originally shared a resource to Commons can update resource content." This is inconvenient for institutionally-developed content which might have several authors over time. The person who originally posted the content may leave their position, leaving that content unable to be updated. It seems that currently, a different person would need to publish a totally new copy of that content, but that doesn't allow anyone who has already imported the content to pull in updates.
I would suggest that any teacher or designer in the course hosting the original content should be able to update the content in Commons. So the Commons content should be associated with the course itself, rather than the person who initially published it.
