[Analytics] Google GA4 Analytics Support

Problem statement:

Canvas does not support the new Google Analytics GA4 standard. While Admin Analytics are great, they do not show real-time traffic, where users are logging in from, the technology they are using, etc. It seems like a waste of resources to built all that in-house - please let us easily use Google's tools.

Proposed solution:

To provide Google GA4 Analytics support for Admin users, you should make it as easy as Panopto does - https://support.panopto.com/s/article/How-to-Add-Google-Analytics-4-to-Your-Panopto-Site Panopto provides a field in Admin settings to paste in the new GA4 Code, and that does it all on the Panopto side. Canvas should do the same.
