With Assignment Enhancements, comments on submissions are now only displaying separately in re-submissions rather than persisting as a continuous stream across a students' multiple submissions. This is problematic as it is several extra clicks for an instructor to access a previous comment to inform current grading on a new submission. It also makes previous comments less accessible to students, and any resources provided in a previous submissions comments are much less likely to be seen.
Return submission comments to how they functioned prior to Assignment Enhancements. Regardless of which submission is being actively viewed, ALL comments should appear in a chronological stream.
