We have several district-wide assessments where all students in a grade level submit a writing sample (various courses/levels of Social Studies and English Language Arts). Using the Moderated Grading feature, we have two teachers Graders anonymously score every essay with a rubric/outcomes, and then we have another person as Moderator to choose the scores, or review if there is a discrepancy. With the advancements in AI and instructure's focus on AI, we would love if we could have ONE human Grader and ONE AI Grader.
For Moderated Grading, we would like if we can have one human Grader and one AI Grader. For our project we have a pool of teachers double-scoring all the essays; having one AI Grader would be a huge lift. We have many of these large scale assessments, and this would be one way to help our teachers.
