[Assignments] Assignment in multiple parts

Problem statement:

I sometimes create an assignment in multiple parts, which are independently submitted by the students and independently graded by us. All the parts together make up one logical assignment, and right now I am forced to make them separate Canvas assignments.

Proposed solution:

I would like them to be combinable, so that a rule such as "drop the lowest score" would drop scores from all parts of an assignment. I should be able to make an assignment in multiple parts, with scores for each part.
