[Assignments] Checkboxes for assigning to students

Problem statement:

Teacher have over 150 students loaded to a canvas course. Clicking "everyone" easily assigns to the entire course. Assigning the same assignment with modifications to a smaller group creates an issue b/c that assignment is in their twice for that student.

Proposed solution:

Please make it so that everyone can be added with a checkmark box. When everyone is added the check mark box is check, but a teacher can easily uncheck the small group of students that will need a modified version of the assignment. It is much easier to type in 6 students when assigning a modified assignment then typing in 150-6 students when assigning to the whole class minus the small group.
